To apply you can fill in the online application form by clicking here, or the application form can be requested from the SOTW office, or a PDF copy can be downloaded and printed by clicking here. Once filled in and a reference obtained, both should be sent to the SOTW office with a cheque to cover the required application fee.

Applications from Non- EU Citizens living outside the EU

For those outside the UK who would like to fill in a word version and e-mail it to SOTW, such a version is available by clicking here. Please note that the application fee is still required.  Where this proves difficult to send, an accompanying e-mail should be sent to the Principal explaining the difficulty.
