History

The College is part of a charity called ministries without borders International; it is based in a church building in Manchester city centre. This is owned by another charity called King’s Church in Greater Manchester, a church that is in relationship with the men and women who see themselves as those working together as ministries without borders.

The College rents a state of the art learning suite with IT facilities and interactive whiteboard and full sound system for DVD/video. The building is juxtaposed directly between the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.

The College has a Board of Governors, which meets on a regular basis and on which the Principal serves as an ex-officio member. The College was founded in 2002 and was based in Cardiff for 6 years.  It moved to Manchester in September 2008. There are many alumni of the College who are now actively involved in various church communities in the UK and in other parts of the world. The College has a limit of 24 places and has regularly enrolled numbers up to or close to that figure.
